New Ways to Make Cash

Trading is obviously an enterprise in which you may easily suffer a loss of money. The advice that the specialists give is to never gamble anything greater than 1 per cent. In this manner you are able to manage a shortfall and continue to trade. Of late I attended two training sessions run by Knowledge to action and got to grips with the basics of trading and the bit I most appreciated was that you had the chance to talk about your errors with a team of experts that were on hand throughout the day. The trainers gave us many many anecdotes from their own trading experiences and in addition recounted stories about earlier course participants. That turned out to be really good entertainment.
There’s a lot of knowledge to action scam propaganda out there, but so far as I can tell, that’s simply balderdash that has been circulated by grumpy people who unwisely gambled away their savings. All the stuff I learnt was prudent advice and I’ve never endured any sizable losses.

I lost my job 12 months ago, but was lucky enough to be given a nice redundancy package which I was certain would comfortably pay my monthly bills for a year.
The week after I left my job I jetted off on vacation for a while.
I enjoyed 2 weeks of peace, reading novels, sunbathing and getting plenty of rest. I was surprised by how exhausted I had become and I made a major realisation.
I had spent nine years focussed on hardly anything but work. I had been employed in London and travelled an hour-and-a-half each way every single day to deal with not one, but two screens in a finance organization in which I knocked my pan in but never got any more affluent.

Subsequent to enjoying a little time unwinding after leaving my job, I did not feel ready to start hunting for a new position. In fact, to be totally honest, I had no motivation to get a job whatsoever.
I was sure I could stretch to spend a little time out of the rat-race, therefore I started to look into new ways to make cash.
I read about a company named knowledge to action. They run training courses on trading and that certainly caught my eye. The promo stuff covered the possibility of building up collateral for when you retire and the chance to make a good profit. That was the sort of stuff I desired.

Niceville Graduation

Posted under Education, House Of Tuition, The Funny Farm on Friday 1 April 2011 at 5:39 pm

Niceville was an extremely inappropriate name for a crime infested hellhole. A leisurely stroll down the trash-strewn streets was like to end up badly for you. If you were lucky, you would only get robbed at gunpoint. People weren’t very lucky in Niceville. Until the day the town received its savior. A hero that would fight crime in ways that no mortal being could. Niceville was about to get a superhero.

George Wellman was an average kid. He got decent grades in High School. He went off to college because his parents wanted him to. He didn’t have a clue what to major in, he just knew he didn’t want to follow in his dad’s footsteps. Pet store are cool if you are shopping for a pet, but running a pet store took all the fun out of pet ownership!

He cruised through college with a 2.3 GPA. George was one of the most uninspiring people in town (quite a feat for Niceville). The day of his graduation, George and his classmates buy cap and gown. They tried to figure out how to put on their graduation stoles. On his way to the school, George stopped off at the pet store to pick up his dad. Dad was nowhere to be found.

An open bird cage on the counter gave him some idea what had happened. Three weeks ago a strange breed of parrot had been shipped to the store from the Amazon River Basin. They were told that it was a potentially dangerous bird, but it was so small and cute no one took the warning serious.

George didn’t have time to get up before the bird attacked him. It dug its talons in his cheek and spit on him. The saliva burned his face and he began to get dizzy. He slumped to the floor beside his father. On his down he bumped a bottle of bleach, which spilled on the floor. The bleach puddle mingled with the bird’s saliva and revived George.

He felt strange, like a new man. He also felt intelligent. He felt that he could take on the world. He strolled out onto the street, leaped in the air, and he took off! Bird spit and bleach makes you fly, he thought. As he was cruising above Niceville, he witnessed a citizen of Niceville being separated from her purse. He immediately went to her rescue. Somehow he just knew what to do.

He took his stole off and threw it, boomerang-like, at the mugger. The stole wrapped around the bag guy and pinned him to the wall. Using his cap like a Frisbee, he soon disarmed the immobilized thug. He retrieved the victim’s purse and told her to call 911. As he sat waiting for the cops, Gradboy asked the crook if he had learned his lesson. The chronic burglar laughed and said “when I get out, I’m gonna kill you!”

Of all the ceremonies and rituals that we go through in life, few are as rare and as meaningful as graduations. Graduations mark a very important transition in one’s life, and oftentimes stand as a starting point for future career paths. For all the people involved – the students, their families, and their teachers and professors, graduation is a very emotional and momentous occasion.

For the families of the graduates, it means the culmination of their efforts in supporting their family member through thick and thin – both financially and emotionally – as he or she goes through the motions of completing his or her education. Especially on the financial side, parents see the value of their investment in putting their child through school, even if at times the challenge seems insurmountable. For the professors and teachers, it marks another batch of young minds going out into the world and facing new challenges – young minds they helped shape. It brings a sort of fulfillment to their profession as they see these young men and women, ready to apply the knowledge they learned and try their hand at meeting and conquering the challenges and responsibilities of real life.

For the graduates themselves, it means stepping up a plate and going up a level into a place where they will enjoy more independence but also have to handle the added responsibility that goes with it. It means that all the hard work they put into studying for exams and paying for their tuition fees have paid off, and they are now better off – much wiser and better equipped to face the upcoming and inevitable conflicts and conundrums that life has to offer.

With all of this meaning – and probably more – attached to graduations, it is natural that all the accessories and garb and whatnot also have their corresponding meanings and no graduation ceremony would be complete without them.

Graduation garb such as college graduation gowns trace their roots back to the medieval period, where they were considered as symbols of learned men (and sometimes women). Only academics were allowed to wear the corresponding academic regalia, as a sort of status symbol in their society. Philosophers and scientists, mathematicians and theorists and all other members of learned groups and societies sported academic regalia as everyday attire. These days, the wearing of academic robes and other garb are limited to formal academic functions only, primarily graduation ceremonies, which symbolize that the graduates, as well as the faculty of the school involved are now considered to be learned and knowledgeable members of society.

Having the right and proper graduation garb is very important in honoring and respecting the traditions and meanings that go with graduation and commencement exercises. And if you are looking for good deal on graduation attire without having to spend so much, a simple and quick search on the internet will give you what you need. Just filter through the results to find the one that best fits you need. Happy graduation!
